A: Companies normally make a big deal of organic certification and I don't see this mentioned anywhere in the description. You could try looking on Bugvita's website. They encourage questions and provide a form to fill in for this purpose ...

**Q: Can this replace salt or pepper or is it a silly question 🤔**
A: Lots of people use it as a seasoning, eg. sprinkled over roast veg or cauliflower cheese, or even add it to spice rubs. It's not really a substitute for salt or pepper though, it doesn't taste salty or peppery - more nutty/malty. Hope that helps!

**Q: Looking for cricket powder Gryllus bimaculatus**
A: This is Acheta domesticus cricket powder. G bimaculatus used to be available but isn't anymore because there has been no application to have it approved as a novel food submitted to the EFSA or FSA. It is likely that A domesticus and G sigillatus will be the only species available going forward

i got this originally to put on my frenchy dogs dinner as i heard it would make his tummy not so volatile and indeed it helped a lot and he is much improved since.. i then decided to try it in my protein shake drink and boy did it make it taste much creamier , loved it..now it goes in every day.. only gripe is the price, its quite expensive for the amount you get otherwise great
