I wanted to replace it for years after my divorce for obvious reasons. I tried Bed Bath and Beyond, but could never find the high quality that was in the comforter I had. Then after reading the reviews on the Croscill comforter and noticing the weight and material I decided to order it and give it a try. When it arrived the box weight about 13 lbs and was shocked at the massive size and quality of the item. I consider it a steal for the money, this comforter is well worth over $300. The high quality material, the piping along the edges makes this comforter a big 5 Star in my book. Its extremely warm and cozy and trust me, I do not work for the company. I am just a guy who loved his old comforter and wanted a new one that was warm, high quality and versatile, as this comforter is. I say it's a great choice if you're looking for a comforter that looks great and keeps you comfortable and warm. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Superb quality! While I can't afford the full price of the comforter, I got a discounted price that I managed to fit into my budget. Croscill's quality is amazing! The comforter is thicker and heavier than I expected, but I'm very pleased about that. The decorative top part of the comforter isn't very soft, but it's typically for show anyway. The brown comforter is beautiful and just what I wanted. My only minor disappointment is the aqua accent color. The aqua, which is actually more of a teal green, stands out in the picture, but it's much more subtle than I expected. Since I can't afford the overpriced matching throw pillows, I was hoping to buy throw pillows in the accent color. Since the "aqua" is so subtle, I can't find any throw pillows that really match the color and look good with the comforter. As I stated, this is a minor disappointment. There are several shades of brown as well as gold that can easily be used for throw pillows. I also got creative with the matching bed skirt. I purchased a separate brownish-gold bed skirt, curtains, and pillows that look great with the comforter. I used the bedskirt that came with the comforter and turned it into two matching throw pillows and a long valance for my very large window. I'm thrilled with the results! With care and proper cleaning, I expect the Croscill comforter to easily last a decade, or at least until I decide to change the colors in my bedroom! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Oversized was perfect for our thicker *by K***Y on January 10, 2016* Bought this for our king size bed. Oversized was perfect for our thicker, pillow-top king. Needed the extra size to drop over the bed where it meets the boxspring. Skirt is perfect too. As for the the actual product....you definitely get what you pay for. This product is comparable to comforters twice the price. It's really heavy. Materials are heavy / thick, and appear very durable. Colors warm up the room.You could pay half, or maybe even a third of the price for something cheaper made, but as I said, you get what you pay for. This will last a long time, verses a cheaper product that doesn't last, and keep you nearly as warm. I found this out the hard way after purchasing cheap to save a buck. I won't make that mistake again.You cannot go wrong with this comforter.
