I like to use the gray for shading sketches its a very nice gray. I would get the full range if I could. I like that the color doesn't bleed through the next page of my sketch book. I use these for bullet journaling/art journaling and I am not disappointed in the results. I use sharpie writing pens and there is some bleeding that occurs with the use of the mild liner, but I have found that it is less if you allow the sharpie ink to set for a few seconds. I like the effect so that is not a negative for me in any way.
