Cannot fault the customer service of this company. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good sturdy tool but needs a little attention when you get it *by A***R on 3 June 2026* This is a very sturdy good value punch down tool. I strongly suggest before using iy that you tighten the bolts holding the case together as two of mine were loose and I needed to undo the nut, turn it over and retighten. Once done this works really well with a good positive punch and its cuts cleanly. I had a tool like this from my BT days and it lasted 30 years until I lost it.
