I didn’t want to lower rating by dinging it for “stretch“. The blanket pattern we purchased is very pleasing and gets compliments. Overall, this leash is extremely substantial, well stitched, both handles are padded, the traffic handle is well placed. When I need to safely control the pup, the traffic handle does the job without discomfort or strain now that she is taller, based on our experience with it when she was still low to the ground it would be awkward for a toy or miniature breed. I anticipate the leash will survive an active (and headstrong) Labsky puppy and be in frequent use for years to come. Also, the D ring for keys is useful , the swivel clip improves ease of use, and the reflective stitching makes us more visible.
