It layers super well over other lip products so works great as a topper. The silicone applicator is genius as it is resistant to staining pretty much. I got it on sale so it was so worth it in terms of value. It also seems to be plumping for some reason. I didn’t see that in any reviews or information on this product, but I truly feel like it does seem to plump my lips up more. Not sure if that is intended but I like the subtle effect.
