    Don't Waste Your Money

This Chinese made (it states that on the box) is TERRIBLE! The signature Dragnet musical theme is replaced by some studio $#!+ that sounds as bad as I have described it. The transfer to DVD is as bad as I have ever seen and, on top of all of that, the episodes are all available on other discs, albeit not in the same box, that are of a much higher quality in picture and sound.I'm selling this at a yard sale. Don't waste your money on this unless you enjoy being disappointed!!

normally I would give the seller at least four stars,but in this case forget it!  the shipment arrived in a lousy condition,disc's  # 1 & 2 were loose  they broke free from the box  disc # 3 was so scratched it would not play and it would freeze in my computer,the scenes were in B&W and there seemed no way to expand them what a piece of crap! sound was also distorted and scratchy to say the least, so in essence buyer beware.

The good: Many great Dragnet and Racket Squad episodes all on 4 discs. The bad: The original Dragnet musical theme (dum-de-dum-dum.dum-de-dum-dum-dum!) has been replaced and it does not do the original justice. If you don't care about this, then this collection is fine. But, if the theme song matters, don't waste your money.
