I’m 47 and wanted a more comprehensive vitamin without having to take a ton of different supplements. So far, I’ve been really happy with these. The ingredients seem high quality, they’re easy enough to take, and I’ve noticed better overall energy and wellness since starting them. They feel worth the investment to me.

So many people said this product smells but it does not! It has a very slight vitamin smell only, and I stuck my nose deep into the jar! Also, there was some questions about it being a legit product…it IS! The company Pattern LLC is a legit distributor for Thorne products, so says AI. I have some special dietary needs and AI recommended this particular brand for its high absorbency. I am taking two a day. The recommendation is THREE a day unless you are nutrition deficient and only then is it 6 a day. I eat pretty healthy so 2 a day is all I need to supplement my diet. Package arrived the next day and in great shape. I’ll update after I’ve been taking them for 30 days or so.

I was recommend by these from my sister who is a nurse I do feel a difference from taking them More energy stronger nails and more clarity I do not take 6 but I’m glad they are divided in taking 6 a day so then I can only take 3 and be fine which is what I do as I get vitamins from other sources Not sure why people complain about the smell You take it and then it’s done They are not that bad Good source and I feel I’ll get all the vitamins and minerals knowing they have a full scope of what is needed

Updating my review as I was contacted by the seller which was great customer service. This product did not work for me but may work for you. I currently take 12 different Thorne products and love them. I love Thorne products but I couldn’t handle this vitamin. Regardless if I took the recommended dose or just 1 pill daily, it made me sick. I hate they’re so expensive and I can’t return.

I didn’t realize instructions were to take 6 pills. That is just ridiculous. I’ve been only taking 3 a day instead, but these make me feel nauseous. They have a very very strong vitamin smell and taste. So even taking only half a dose, they make me feel sick. These might be good quality vitamins, but I won’t be purchasing again.

First of all the dosage is 6 capsules daily. That defeats the purpose of taking a multivitamin. I wanted something that I only had to take 1 a day. Secondly, it has caused severe GI issues. I've given it a few weeks to see if it would resolve but as long as I take the vitamins I have the GI issues. I quit taking them this week and GI issues went away. There is no refund so I thought I'd warn others. Update: Customer Service did reach out to me regarding my concerns and issued a refund even though it states no refunds for this product. I am pleased with this.

Great product

I bought this for my wife and the 50+ for Men's for myself, and the women's version smell significantly worse than the men's. I'm not bothered much by smell or taste when it comes to vitamins as long as they do their job, but even I'm having a hard time stomaching the smell of the women's version as it's quite strong. My wife isn't taking them at all due to the smell and the smelly burps that follow. As for their recommendation of 6 pills per day, this is a bit surprising. Just looking at the label, this is much more than a typical person needs. For example, the recommended amount of B12 even for an adult who may need a bit extra is about 10mcg, so why are they recommending 6 for a total of 450mcg? If someone has a serious deficiency in something, they should likely take a supplement for that specific vitamin, not a multi-vitamin which boosts everything. Just my opinion from someone without any medical background but who researches a lot. I take just one.

Good quality supplements

Product smells rancid. Odour is so bad the entire cupboard I put them in smells awful. Absolutely revolting to try to take.
