In this test I tried it in 49 degree temperature and in 43 degree weather. Obviously the new battery worked better in both tests but it was significant in power and battery life. I will say this smaller 1 battery unit can blow leaves but it will take a long time to clear if you have a large or huge yard. It is lightweight and surprised at just how light it is, it's far more quiet than my gas blower, it does a great job at clearing pavement and driveways and loose leaves. I think the price is a bit on the high side for a 1 battery blower but that's my opinion. I have the 2 pack harness coming to test and will post the results on that item. It has maybe a quarter of the noise level of a gas-powered blower, and gives me 40-45 minutes of runtime on the high power setting, 25-30 on turbo. As a bonus, it helps "blow away" my nosy neighbor when she gets too close (no humans were harmed in the encounter), and it's just loud enough that I can't have a conversation with her.
