The crown diameter is going to be 7 1/4", Crown length is going to be 14 3/8", the visor length is going to be 2 5/8". It is going to be slightly fitted but it isn't going to run large. A S/M Flexfit hat size is usually fits 7 1/8" - 7 1/4". Thank you for your business. Your orders are always appreciated. If there is anything else we can do for you, please email us. -The Rugged Outfitters Customer Service Team **Q: How wide is the bill?** A: It is 7 1/4 inches wide. **Q: how high is the crown?** A: The crown measures 3.5 inches tall. **Q: If i wear a size 8 hat will this hat fit me right with out gonna all the way to the end of the snap back?** A: No it is just deep. Not extra large circumference. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The best hat for long term *by E***L on August 17, 2026* Best hats I've found. Hold their shape, fit larger heads, wash in the machine ( with a hat holder) . ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Carhartt *by G***K on September 24, 2026* Amazing! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Smaller Now *by M***Y on June 24, 2024* I have been buying this hat for a couple years now. I've had about 5-6 of them. I just ordered a fresh one and it is noticeably smaller. I liked this hat because it fits great on a large head. I usually can close about 4 holes on the snapback. The new on, aside from just fitting tighter and looking smaller on my head, only lets me close the last hole on the snapback (and it still barely fits). I'm not happy about this change. It was a great fit for us big heads but now I'm going to have to change brands if this is how they keep it. ## Frequently Bought Together - Carhartt Men's Moisture Wicking Fast Dry Ashland Cap - Carhartt Men's K87 Loose Fit Workwear T-Shirt - Carhartt Men's Force Relaxed Fit Midweight Short-Sleeve Pocket T-Shirt --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/20540243-mens-firm-duck-flat-brim-cap](https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/20540243-mens-firm-duck-flat-brim-cap) --- *Product available on Desertcart United Kingdom* *Store origin: GB* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
