I know sometimes the review system combines them with other protectors.Packaging was well done. Installation is pretty straightforward if you've done several of these. Several dust pickup strips are included so you should be well covered. A large alcohol pad and cleaning cloth are also included. It has a cutout for the IR light and microphone so placement is critical. The top center has one big cutout for the cameras and headset speaker but that is common.ProsCutouts were placed very precisely. Unlike some protectors, all corners are covered. Many say oleophobic but this is the first that actually seems to work. The rounded edges give a nice feel in the hand and I suspect will decrease changes of chipping. To prevent case interference, the glass stops about 1/8 inch from the edge. So far it has worked nicely with all my cases without being too small as to hinder screen protection. Clarity has been very good. Glass is very smooth helping your finger glide at least as well as the actual screen.ConsNo tape for hinge method install which I feel is the most effective method for accurate installation. One protector had several of what appeared to be blemishes in the adhesive requiring very careful removal with the tape strips. Correcting this would be difficult for someone who has not had prior experience and practice. I am concerned that long term adhesion might be affected due to these blemishes. Glass doesn't appear to be anti-glare so light sources slightly hinder readability. For reference, the light bar about a third a way up from the bottom of the picture is actually glare. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very pleased with my purchase! *by J***. on Reviewed in the United States on January 17, 2016* Awesome seller! Bought two of these screen protectors for our Lumia phones and didn't have any issues with getting my wife's screen protector on her phone but when it came to where mine I needed up finding an issue with the screen protector. I reported the issue to iCarez and was very pleased with their customer service. Was able to get a replacement screen protector and today was able to install it on my phone without any issues. As for the quality of the protect I can stand by with saying this as it does indeed have a stand up to what they have in the description of the product. I took the damaged screen protector through some tests and did withstand scratches and I did drop the test phone on the screen a few times.When applying the screen protector you will get a few bubbles in it but it is very, very easy to get them out. Once the bubbles are out the screen is really clear. Almost can't tell the screen protector is on the phone while you have the screen turned on.Thank you iCarez for providing us with a really nice product. Definitely expect business from us again in the near future when we decide to buy our next smart device. ### ⭐⭐ Looks great, initially, but corners come up after a couple days. *by M***E on Reviewed in the United States on December 4, 2015* I originally ordered the tempered glass protector for the Lumia 950 a couple weeks ago. The installation was very easy. Everything looked perfect... for about a week. The top left corner of the screen began lifting up for no apparent reason.I contacted support about this issue and they promptly sent me a replacement. This time I followed the exact same instructions, however, this time I turned off the phone before installation and left the phone alone for about 12 hours afterwards. Once again, it looked great... for about TWO days. It's developed the EXACT same problem as the first.Customer support was very responsive, but ultimately I am 0-2 on this protector. I've emailed customer support again in hopes of finding a resolution.
