Review: An Intuitive, Beautiful, and Ethereal Deck - I sat on this deck for a couple months before committing the time to giving it a proper test drive. I had looked through each card the moment it arrived back in May, but I hadn't actually used it until this week. First of all, the artwork is stunning and it resonates on a very visceral level with me. Art, aesthetics, and symbolism are subjective, so your mileage may vary on this point. For me, the images are intuitive and speak to something deep inside me. I absolutely love the artwork. I have a lot of decks and have been reading tarot for over forty years now, and I have plenty of decks that just don't work for me. I do a reading or pull a card and the results are just random and kind of meh. THIS deck, though, is uncanny. And again, that may be the symbolism and the imagery speaking so loudly, but I find myself constantly drawing cards to see what comes up. As a personal deck, Deviant Moon is in the top two decks that I prefer for my own use (the other being the Medieval Scapini, which has been my go-to for almost thirty years). The booklet's interpretation of the cards is wonderfully nuanced, as well. The printing of the images is flawless. So, it's beautiful, intuitive, amazing in its personal connection (to me, again ymmv). Now for the downside: The box is utter crap, which is kind of surprising for US Games. The cardstock used to make it is exceptionally thin and the top flap ripped the first time I opened it. The box is a bit large for the cards, so the box will crush in places, which means it won't stay closed and I have picked up the box only to have the cards drop out of the bottom more than once. Do yourself a favor and replace the stock box with a bag or custom box ASAP. The cards themselves are on very thin stock, which isn't a terrible thing, as it makes for easier shuffling, but I will be curious to see if this affects the overall longevity of the deck (especially since it looks like it will be getting a lot of use). Also, the cards are a little long and if you have little hands like me, you may find them hard to handle. I have similar problems with the Scapini deck, but I think of it as a good way to stretch and exercise my fingers. Honestly, the quality of the card stock and the size of the cards are things that are easy to get used to. The box is garbage. And these are honestly the only bad things I can think of about this deck. If the imagery in the posted images appeals to you, then you will love this deck. I can't recommend it highly enough.
Review: Beautiful Deck! LOVE this purchase! - I purchased the Deviant Moon Borderless Edition (Hardback) not sure what makes any of the paper, hard, or cards different, but mine came nicely wrapped in a cardboard box with their booklet. Here's what I love about the deck: 1. Stunning graphics. Since only the major arcana have the name of the card on them, the minor really makes you study the image and read the numerals to figure out which one it is. I love how all of the characters look different and give you a sense of what the card is about in a deep, dark, twisted, sort of way. The colors and textures in the images are great too! I love vivid cards! 2. Borderless. I love that these are borderless and make the image pop. Here's what I didn't like: 1. The feel of the cards. I wasn't crazy about the type of cardstock they used. While it isn't bad, I feel if you are rough with your things, you may find these could easily be bent. For me, I just felt like for as beautiful as these are, they could have used some better cardstock. Things that didn't bother me that others mentioned: 1. The size of the cards. Due to the fact that these are borderless, they are larger. I am a 5'6 woman and I have average hands and fingers. These cards didn't feel awkward or hard to shuffle. I had no issues with the size. 2. Images. As I already stated above, I love the images in this deck. The female moons with their breasts uncovered in the images do not bother me. If you don't feel comfortable with natural anatomy, then you might feel uncomfortable by this. But, I think this gives the deck a pure, unadulterated, raw feeling. Overall, I am completely happy with his purchase. Friends who aren't even interested in tarot that have seen the deck thus far even commented on how awesome they look. I plan on using this deck a lot more in the future. If you want something different to add to your collection, I highly recommend these!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stunning Artwork
*by A***R on March 7, 2025*

These cards are so incredibly gorgeous and well made. The artwork is just breath taking, there is some normal human nudity but it's all really tasetful and artistic. The style of the artist will remind of you of a Tim Burton meets Dali, with a dark punch of Picasso in the mix. The cardstock shuffles so nicely, and the size of the cards are just right. If you collect tarot decks just for the artworks, this is a must have.
