Purchased a pair from Target, and they became my favorite lounge around the house shorts. Once Target stopped carrying Champion (C9) apparel, I ordered a pair on Amazon. They are nearly identical, save for the waistband. The old waistband, which I preferred, was elastic and flat on the inside and outside. The new waistband is elastic and flat on the outside, but the inside waistband that makes contact with your body is scrunched like many other athletic shorts.
