Packaging not very secure - Very easy modular BCD set up, just clip and click. The packaging was a bit disappointing cuz I was expecting it to be more protected since its so expensive. The package came in damaged and slightly opened. Review: Best BCD I have ever used - Had it for a few years, love the design, only wish there were more 'modlock' accoessories. (NOTE: I have seen the other negative reviews regarding the waist band attach points (same person posts the same content all over the internet) but so far I have followed the very specific Aqualung instuctions about how not to mistreat those very connections and have had no issues whatsoever. The manual specifically says not to twist them around 180 degrees with any weights or items attached.) ## Features - PERSONALIZED MODULAR FIT - The Aqualung Rogue Dive BCD features unique ModLock connectors, allowing 27 different configurations; This system allows you to set back, shoulder, and waist sizes individually; Connectors click into place and are easily opened with any small tool, such as a pen or key - STREAMLINED BACK DESIGN - Engineered with a 35lb lift capacity, this back-inflation BCD utilizes the bladder retraction system; It pulls in the aircell sides during deflation to reduce drag; Ideal for divers seeking a minimalist device that enhances hydrodynamics without sacrificing performance - LIGHTWEIGHT CONSTRUCTION - Weighing about 5 lbs, this travel-ready buoyancy compensator strips away the fluff while keeping essential dive gear features intact; The minimalist back-inflate design retains essential features: pockets, stainless steel D-rings, an octo holder, & a knife attachment point - SECURE INTEGRATED WEIGHT SYSTEM - The SureLock II mechanical weight release provides a safe, single-pull operation holding up to 20 lbs of ditchable weight; This scuba diving BCD combines secure weight integration with intuitive control for confident underwater excursions - DURABLE FEATURE-RICH HARNESS - Secure your cylinder safely with the GripLock scuba tank band, featuring a finger-saver design and macro presets; The webbed daisy chain provides versatile accessory attachment, making this Aqualung Rogue BCD a reliable choice for minimalist divers ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B079FK4ZRT | | Best Sellers Rank | #589,973 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #86 in Diving Buoyancy Compensators | | Brand Name | Aqualung | | Color | Black/Gray | | Customer Reviews | 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars (9) | | Date First Available | January 30, 2018 | | Included Components | Aqualung Rogue BCD | | Item Dimensions LxWxH | 20 x 18 x 2 inches | | Item Package Dimensions L x W x H | 23 x 22 x 1.06 inches | | Item Weight | 7.5 pounds | | Manufacturer | Aqua Lung | | Material | Not Specified by Manufacturer | | Model Name | Aqualung Rogue BCD | | Number of Items | 1 | | Package Weight | 3.56 kg | | Part Number | BC1251003 | | Size | Large | | Suggested Users | unisex | | Warranty Description | Manufacturer warranty | ## Images ![Aqualung Rogue Dive BCD - Lightweight Modular Back-Inflation Scuba Diving Buoyancy Compensator with ModLock Connectors, SureLock II Weight Release, & GripLock Tank Band - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/717DPc+vKgL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Does it come with the weight pockets?** A: Hello, Yes, it does come with the weight pockets. The packaging was a bit disappointing cuz I was expecting it to be more protected since its so expensive. The package came in damaged and slightly opened. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best BCD I have ever used *by S***N on December 30, 2021* Had it for a few years, love the design, only wish there were more 'modlock' accoessories. (NOTE: I have seen the other negative reviews regarding the waist band attach points (same person posts the same content all over the internet) but so far I have followed the very specific Aqualung instuctions about how not to mistreat those very connections and have had no issues whatsoever. The manual specifically says not to twist them around 180 degrees with any weights or items attached.) ### ⭐ the waist pocket will fall off *by V***A on August 21, 2021* I was diving in Roatan and one of the waist band side pieces broke off after I exited the water. I lost my dive light and one of the weight pockets as well with the band. I felt really bad since this was a marine reserve. We went back to look for it but never found it. And this happened after the bcd started self inflating on a previous dive which I managed to fix. Aqua lung couldn't help me because I wasn't near a qualified service center. Fortunately, I could rent a bcd to finish my trip. To top it off this was just past the 2 year warranty. I only had about 90 dives on this bcd. I will not be getting another Aqua lung bcd. ## Frequently Bought Together - Aqualung Rogue BC - Aqualung Trim Pocket Set of Two - 3 Lbs. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/204842819-aqualung-rogue-dive-bcd-lightweight-modular-back-inflation-scuba-diving](https://www.desertcart.co.uk/products/204842819-aqualung-rogue-dive-bcd-lightweight-modular-back-inflation-scuba-diving) --- *Product available on Desertcart United Kingdom* *Store origin: GB* *Last updated: 2026-10-21*
