This product works as intended. Most people who say it doesn't work either bought the wrong size for their body or don't know how to push and position it to get the suction working. It is exactly what I wanted, an XL sized cup because the 2 other popular sizes don't give me enough room to pump as much as I want. I did have my partner help me measure myself before I purchased to make sure it wasn't too wide. This cup is WIDE. Make sure you have at least 4 inches between your thighs for it! If you're new to pumps, don't give up right away. It can be a slight learning curve to find out how to make any toy work for you. I'm so glad I finally found a pump my size! By the way, you have to use it a few times and for at least 20 mins or more to get longer lasting effects and increased sensitivity.
