When I called Half off Ponds they had trouble finding instructions/documentation for the kit that was sent to me. I was finally able to piece enough information to help guide me through the installation of this kit. The tech support people were helpful with regard to designing the basin area utilizing 3 large matrix blocks. The pump canyon that houses the pump is a little small so servicing the pump is not that easy. Overall it is a good kit despite the lack of documentation and undersized pump canyon. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The kit was easy and had all the pieces we need *by S***A on Reviewed in the United States on November 1, 2017* Has held up for 2 seasons really well.
