Quelques jours plus tard le reste des équipements sont arrivés en parfaite condition. Après avoir inspecté la qualité de fabrication de l'éolienne, j'ai constaté une belle qualité de fabrication, les Pals de l'éolienne sont robustes et ne donne pas l'impression qu'elles vont casser au moindre vent un peu violent. Pour en revenir au panneau qui avait été cassé par le transporteur, j'ai communiqué avec le fournisseur par le lien dans desertcart et le représentant avec qui communiqué par messagerie au service clientèle m'a répondu rapidement, de façon très professionnelle avec courtoisie. Il m'a fait parvenir quelques questions histoire de connaître la raison du bris et m'a demandé une photo du code à barre sur le panneau cassé pour valider sa provenance. Quelques jours plus tard je recevais le panneau de remplacement en parfaite condition. Malgré un problème qui n'avait pas été causé par le fournisseur, j'ai profité d'un service impeccable et rapide. I am sorry but do not recommend this seller. ### ⭐⭐ Review *by R***N on May 10, 2022* My main reason for purchasing was for the wind turbine, unfortunately the picture shows a base mounting system, it has an attachment flange but missing a way to connect???? 2. the electrical cables on the turbine are simply strung through the swivel area with no shielding other than the basic plastic wire cover... it is only a short matter of time before an electrical short happens " pun intended' the solar panels are over rated ... i could only achieve about 75% of rating with a single panel and less when ran in a series configuration as described. the solar controller is good, other than poor instructions the inverter functioned well, but again very poor instructions, had to reboot several times to get back and start the aggravation again..
