All of them come on instantly, are stable in their light output, and dim evenly. The lights look great the drivers are slim, so they do not take up a lot of space, it could be laid on its back and mounted on the top of cabinets as well, we mounted them in the back of lower kitchen cabinets, the splice box part of the driver is a little small, have to be careful in wire splicing.
