The outer tank also fits skin-tight *by N***N on Reviewed in the United States on October 19, 2015* As a US women's size 16 (or so) with a B cup, their largest size was still too small for me. Of course it will be tight, especially the binding part, but as this is my first binder, it is tighter than I would like. The outer tank also fits skin-tight, which is not comfortable for me. It is a great item and is well made. I will be keeping it to use when I lose weight. I like that there is a binding strip built into the inside of the tank that is a separate layer beneath the tank. Under the left armpit is elastic and under the right are three rows of clasps to adjust to the binding you want/need. They don't show how this works in the pictures. It is a bit difficult to clasp by yourself, at least the first time, but binds very well.
