The polydypsia/polyuria in a Cushing dog are just 2 symptoms of a complicated syndrome. That said, I don’t think it would hurt to try it. Check with you vet about the ingredients to make sure none would be countraindicated **Q: Anyone uses these for their Westie and how long before it works?** A: I used this on my 15 year old dog.
