The holes do not match the product. The template is much smaller and you will have to redrill holes. This is not a little difference, but a big one. If you have a larger TV you will have to purchase adapters that are not included in the package(K2 Wall Mount Extender Adapter Bracket Arms VESA 200mm to 400mm). They were about 12 bucks when I ordered them. The actual maximum extension from the wall is only 25.2 inches from the wall.
