There are some negative reviews from people who just read the introduction which it states "get over it" and because they didn't read any further the message was missed. When you continue to read you will read the true meaning when she says "Beloved get over it" which expresses compassion and healing. It depends on where you are at your journey in life. You may be ready and you may not. I have bought many books that my spirit wasn't ready for at the time. This one however is for me because as you learn with CBT its learned behaviors and how to unlearn some of the pain that travels with you. If your ready get it.
