La Colombe Nizza is a medium roast blend that hits at the heart of sweet. It’s named for the city of Nice, France, hometown of our co-founder JP and home to some of the best honey in the world. True to its name, this coffee exemplifies a honey-sweet, roasted nuttiness. It’s one of our longstanding favorites, and the coffee we use for espresso in all La Colombe cafes.

It's not sweet, but has bits of flavor to make it yum. Texture - nicely and evenly grounded for drip coffee Roast & Flavor - roast is a balanced medium; hints of nuts, caramel and brownie. The chocolate is very subtle. To be honest, I can't really taste "chocolate." Flavor is more on the mild side. Sweetness - With a description that includes brownie and chocolate, one may be concerned about sweetness. I would not call this sweet in any form. Issues - once I received beans vs ground and another time the coffee was close to expiration
