Unbelievably smooth and castable, pluse ultra low visability under water. One of my 3 go to choices for my reels. No unfavorable issues, which means no headaches and more fishing. lets face it, braid is braid except for smoothness, tight weaves which create good spooling, and castability. Other than that braid strength, sensitivity, no stretch, and durability is almost the same for braids across the board.. Priced resonable for the quality. Crystal (white) almost invisable underwater. sometimes knot tying with white is a little more of a challange, but not a factor to me

Huge Berkley fan but I feel they missed on this one. The sensitivity is great but the wind knots I get is extremely frustrating, I have power pro and Suffix 832 on other rides and prefer those.

I stacked this line with a fenwick ultralight and a piscifun carbon x for the ultimate pan fish / trout rod. I went with the 10lb clear. It isn't clear, but I use it as a main line so I can see exactly where it is. Use fluorocarbon as a leader! This line floats and casts very smooth. It also casts farther. I looked at many other braided lines and chose this and I am very happy with my decision! No memory in the line and I haven't had any issues with wind knots. It is also very sensitive, you can feel everything!

I'm a 51 yo disabled veteran not married no kids and live a five minute walk from 3 different beaches.So needless to say I fish ALOT!!! I LIKE TRYING EVERY TYPE OF LINE CHEAP, EXPENSIVE YOU NAME IT in this x9 was pretty much the last line I've ever tried that's on the market LOL I really do like it my go-to is Daiwa jbraid grand as far as casting distance, smoothness, tensile strength etc. I do have to say this is right up there with it!!

Ich benutze die Schnur in Kombination mit einer Shimano Technium in drei Meter Länge. Die Stärke der Schnur beträgt 0,14 mm. Ich angele damit Meerforellen, Makrelen, Hornhechte, Plattfische etc. Die Schnur ist jetzt schon ein paar Monate bei mir im häufigen Einsatz und ist bisher noch kein einziges Mal gerissen und ich gehe nicht immer zimperlich damit um. Das habe ich bei anderen Schnüren schon ganz anders erlebt. Eigentlich ist die Schnur so robust, dass ich als nächstes probehalber einmal die 0,12 aufspulen werde. Ein weiteres Plus ist die fühlbare Glätte der Schnur, die ännähernd mit der einer monofilen Schnur vergleichbar ist. Die Haltbarkeit ist scheinbar auch sehr gut, da ich eigentlich so gut wie nie die Rolle nach der Benutzung abspüle. Als Nachteil könnte man vielleicht nennen, das die Schnur - wie auch bei anderen Herstellern üblich - eigentlich dicker ist, als auf der Verpackung angegeben. Außerdem habe ich den Eindruck, dass sie nach ein paar Monaten nicht mehr auf der ganzen Länge so glatt ist wie am Anfang. Das kann aber auch daran liegen, dass sie mit der Zeit durch die Fische verdrillt ist. Ansonsten ist es eine top solide Schnur, auf die Verlass ist und bei der man nicht ständig Angst haben muss, dass man wieder einmal den Fisch oder den neuen Blinker verliert.

My favorite braid at the moment. Long time Suffix 832 user. I like this, and PPV2, but probably the X9 a little better.
