Review: Good quality - Easy to fit / connect very good quality
Review: Works well , when mounted correctly - As a replacement it’s perfect, but after about 1 to 2 years the plastic bars that support the fan go brittle and break , I think the main issue is the stupid builders placed the unit upside down on the roof which puts pressure on the fan unit dropping it down slightly , looks to me it should of been side mounted vertical on the wall instead , so I hot glued some match sticks to help give it better support working so far

**Q: Is this fan without a timer?**
A: Fan has no timer.

**Q: Does this fan have a timer as looking on the Fastlec web site it does for the same model**
A: I connected mine to a simple on/off switch which actually caused some problems as this necessitated by-passing the timer circuit. However the manual States that the timer is set at the factory for 3 mins but can then be adjusted for any period between 3 (minimum) and 20 minutes. However I think this only applies to models designated M 10/4"T and not the basic M 10/4" which, presumably, does not include a timer.
