I have used these for many years. The only drawback is they are a bit difficult to extract from the sheet of pills. I will look for a different option, perhaps in a bottle.

This works extremely well. I had had stomach issues for a few days and was becoming lethargic and dehydrated. Took this at night because it def made me drowsy but slept through the night and woke up better.

This is the only antihistamine that I've tried in over 10 years and none worked except for expensive Flonase..I had to find something affordable and the price better is great. I reluctantly tried one and have have been able to breath for the past 9 hours. Only a small gelcap which is so much smoother going down. Just try it.. you won't be disappointed

This was a godsend for a 70 something year old man laid flat on his back for several days with influenza A. While I was miserable and thought I was going to die, at least it would not be from dehydration due to uncontrollable watery stools, LOL.
