The only thing I would add to the posting is the color of the insoles. When I purchased the same set directly from the company, they were black and the ones offered her on this website are bright orange. Not a huge deal although the black was more subtle with sandals and flip flops. I was lucky enough to find this product at a great price and took a leap of faith and bought two pairs. I read the booklet and was prepared to stick it out if I experienced the discomfort mentioned. And I did experience discomfort; to be clear, there was no pain but the weak muscles in my feet were rediscovered. Also, my rear end is getting a workout because my gait is changing...now that hurts.
