Battery hasn't died yet and we've used it for 3 to four hours each time. We have a well and the old cheap plastic misters used to plug up all the time. This one hasn't plugged up once. Fan works great. We are about 3 feet from the fan and we only use the low setting. It does get you a little wet, but it's all good. Would buy this again. It seems it will last a long time.
