My kids picked this out to give to their dad for his birthday next week. I went through many pictures to get a good head shot of our pup. We picked dark blue- dad’s favorite color. It didn’t even occur to me that a dark color wouldn’t work well with a darker brown dog. When they cropped the dog’s head over half the face some how became shadowed out making it so only one eye is easily seen. Also the brown dog head shape blends too well in with the dark blue background. So now we have half a dog face, a one eyed pup, we can kinda pick out on the sock. I guess once again my husband managed to turn our joke around on us because our gag gift is so bad I can’t even fault him for not wearing it... Well at least since there is a name, the dog’s name should help hint what the sock is suppose to show . I bought 2 pairs as Christmas gifts. One pair with a dog (they were perfect!) and believe it or not, one pair with my son’s pet snake. I was nervous they wouldn’t be able to do the snake ones since it’s just a cut out of the pet’s head… but they did! My picture quality wasn’t the greatest (that’s on me) but you can definitely tell it’s his snake on the socks! I’m now wondering if you can put any face on these socks.
