Attached are photos of two Tulip shoes in size 37. The grey was bought recently at retail. The navy was purchased here. While they are both stamped "37", as you can see they are not remotely the same size. This isn't a small difference but a very large difference. The soles are also a bit different, with the one bought at retail having the initials.No idea what the issue is. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ladies: Size US 10 = Euro 42 in this awesome shoe! *by T***S on Reviewed in the United States on March 6, 2018* I saw these in grey on a woman in an elevator. They were eye catching, and when she told me who made them, I repeated it to myself 3 times so I wouldn’t forget. 62 images later of Isla Fisher, I found them! I ordered Latte color in Euro size 42. I am ordinarily a size US 10, with normalish width/arch - they fit perfectly. I’ve worn them several days, all day, and they are quite comfortable, fun, and breezy! I would not reccomend socks, aethestically or functionally. I definitely have my eyes peeled for the goldenrod and grey colors as well! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ VERY COMFY, SENT WRONG SIZE BUT KEPT, MANY COMPLIMENTS *by B***E on Reviewed in the United States on April 30, 2019* I bought these for an upcoming trip to Europe. I LOVE them. Let me start by saying they sent me the wrong size. I am a size 8, I ordered a 39 (knowing from previous comments they run small) and they sent me a 40. The 40 is a bit too big. When I contacted the seller, they told me they’d replace however they have no 39s in the grey color I wanted. Since I don’t have time to wait, I opted to add an arch support insert on top of the comfy insole already in the shoe and now they fit perfectly. The insoles are cushy (and removable) but don’t have arch support per se. I have high arches and need the additional support for all day walking. I have gotten compliments on these shoes every single time I have worn them. I feel as if they will stretch so I wish I had a 39, but I suppose it’s better to have room for socks and possible swelling feet than not. I realize these are pricey but I think they’re so unique and incredibly comfortable. You won’t be disappointed. One caveat: The soles make a lot of noise on hard floors when you stop and turn. You know the sound, like gym shoes of basketball players.
