It does not have a lot of "burn time" but it is sufficient. **Q: the arc insert barely gets through 1 pk of cigs before recharging. Have to charge every night is that normal?** A: It is normal in my experience. The battery is rather small - I’ve had larger arc lighters that drained pretty fast too. It’s not a perfect substitute for regular fluid, but it’s easier to travel with **Q: How do you fill with butane? Says hole on bottom is charging light & to small to fit tip? I have double arc & no instructions- can’t fill = useless!?!** A: There is a hole in the bottom. The tip of my butane can fits inside it and charges it without any issues. **Q: Can the battery be replaced? The description states the limit of how many charges the battery can take, but then do you throw it out?** A: The battery in our Zippo Arc lighter insert cannot be replaced. Rechargeable batteries, like all batteries, have a use life, and once that’s over, the battery can no longer hold a charge. Please do not throw out batteries.
