They've been holding up well these past few weeks, and the various resistances are beneficial for many different exercises. So we decided on resistance bands. We found a few workout videos on line that specify on resistance bands, so this have become the perfect workout accessory for all at home. With 5 different resistance levels, there’s is enough for every ones particular needs. Easy to pick by color. You can even combine to get different resistance levels. And also the door anchor is a great for working on different muscles groups. Bans will solve your problem. *by C***L on November 6, 2020* First of all, I am a male, 75 yrs of age. 5'10', 235 lbs (overweight) fat boy. I had a hip replacement at age 70 and did not heal well. I was a regular 3-day a week gym guy before my hip replacement. While rehabbing after surgery, I was introduced to small stretch bans. The concept was perfect for exercising. You can do shoulder press, lat extensions, arm curls, tricep extensions, chest presses, etc Thanks to the bans, I have built up to 4 sets of 20 pushups 3-4 days a week and can do 40 non-stop pushups if needed.
