We have 9x12 portraits of our dogs hanging in our Family Room. We ordered nameplates from Rossi Engraving. As each dog passed we ordered a new plate with their life span under the name. The plates are beautiful and Rossi Engraving delivers faster than the local engraving shop. We're very pleased with their work.

It’s hard for me to give give 5 stars to any product. i retired from being a Quality Control Engineer, so I was trained over the years to see the flaws in products. I was very hard pressed to see any downside to this brass nameplate which I ordered to include with a handmade chess set I gave to my grandkids for Christmas. Specifically: A. Ordering a customized anything on the Amazon web site is an accident waiting to happen. Not so with this nameplate. The ordering process was simple, accurate and flawless. B. Delivery was on time and as promised even though I ordered the nameplate at the height of the Christmas season. C. Packaging was very good for a cosmetic product the size and weight of this nameplate. D. Workmanship was flawless. The etching and lettering were perfect. E. Re: Customer Service... included in the packaging were instructions for handling a problem with nameplate. They did not require return of the defective part and had provisions for replacement even if the fault was with the buyer. (I did not have any problems with mine so I didn’t have to see if replacement was as flawless as it appeared to be. F. My lone concern with this nameplate was the method to adhere it to its surface of attachment (which in my case a lacquered piece of walnut). The plate had a piece of double sided tape which appeared to me to be a little undersized. Don’t get me wrong... the part adhered just fine and didn’t appear loose or about to fall off. I just wonder over time if it would. As I experienced no problem of any kind here, I could not justify downgrading this product’s 5 Star rating. I should maybe note this is the third such nameplate I have ordered from this company. They have all been perfect.

Both my mom and I have ordered from this company twice and have not been disappointed. They have so many options and create such beautiful plaques. They even add a nice note in their orders to contact them if there are any issues and they are ready to help. Nice low cost too. A beautiful way to remember our beloved pets who passed!
