Depending on ambient temperature and humidity, it should cure in about 24 hours. I used it indoors, and it was hard as a rock overnight. This was designed for "potting" electronic components to protect them from moisture and shock, but it can also be used for other repairs requiring the strength and durability of epoxy. I suppose it could be used as just a glue, but you'd have to keep it from running somehow while it was curing. After curing, it is black in color. All in all, this is great stuff that is very useful for certain projects where runoff during curing isn't a problem. Complete submerging in water 3 months has a moisture absorption of 0.0009Thanks **Q: Does this epoxy have a high dielectric strength? Do you have a per mil rating?** A: When I tested this epoxy it was at least 400 volts/mil.
