Picture quality is good during the daytime on a wall away from windows. It is even better at night. Its speaker sound quality is quite good also. The speakers sound better than my Hp laptop speakers. Although Netflix and YouTube apps run well on this device, I would suggest if one wants to have the latest of these apps, purchase a Google Chromecast or an Amazon Firestick. This device is user friendly but I would suggest going through the entire users manual on the device first. It has a lot of useful information that you may not be aware of and it could save you a lot of grief operating the device because there are some pitfalls related to upgrading apps like Netflix and YouTube. The only problem I'm having is mirroring my two smartphones (Huawei, OnePlus) with the projector.
