The ink is actually pretty good and does blend well.- The caps are inconsistent, some nearly fall off and others require a lot of force to actually get off!- The colours on the end of them aren't very accurate to the shade the comes out.-One pen that came had no pigment in at all. But wasn't marked as a blender or anything.- Most irritating: the paper pad was bent! I've attached a photo. It's not a floppy pad that regains its shape. The colours were very dark, amd even though I selected the manga option there was only one skin tone and none of the colours were ones you'd use for manga. They're also extremely streaky pens with an awful stench of liquorice. The customer service wasn't helpful at all, so none of my problems were sorted.
