Adjustable head band, the shields quite firm not thin but best part for me is it does go around the whole face - so you feel quite protected. I think with properly disinfection this could be used for quite some time as it feels sturdy. Surprisingly comfortable and not in the least claustrophobic. I prefer this to face masks but I think it’s going to be something we need to get used to wearing both.
