It lacks 1 star because it would be better if the ice packets didn't freeze so "hard"..... I make my own cold packs by customizing them to fit my painful body parts. You've gotta be careful cutting them- one wrong move and the water the tiny unit all leaks out. But there's a lot of them and Best of all, BENDABLE at the joints.
