I am new to home roasting and my research always gave high marks for this Ethiopian bean.  My first roast of this bean delivered very good results; it brewed at good espresso and single coffee.  Yesterday I processed another batch and roasted a bit longer, which resulted is a beautiful dark color.  After resting overnight the beans smell even better than my first roast.  I will allow it to rest one more day and look forward to brewing a little each day to gauge my preferred resting period.  Please use a burr grinder for ALL whole bean coffees you grind.

I liked for home roasting with popcorn popper.  I gave excellent results with this coffee.  I compared it to Puerto Rican, locally acquired, premium  green beans and the aromas and flavor are very similar. Recommended.
