I purchased the "X-Large" option which the product page stated would be sized between 6-6.5 inches and measured in at just a hair over 5 inches. Before Artemistore froths at the mouth over this review, as they have over each poor review of this product, I would like to inform them that I will indeed be providing picture based evidence of my complaint below. In addition to receiving an undersized shell, the shell I received was just generally lacking and chipped in two places. In reading other reviews I found that the Artemistore has berated and attempted to defame customers because they did not seek a return. Please let me explain why I am reviewing this product poorly and not seeking a refund. My time is currently worth $15.00 and hour, this product cost me $13.00. My estimate is that it would take me about an hour to complete the process of shipping this item back to the seller plus cost of materials, which leaves me with a deficit of at least $2.00. Maybe this is why other complainants have not requested returns? It is the seller's responsibility to ensure that their product matches the product description that they provide. Because my product was damaged, not as described, and generally low quality (the muscle scar took up the majority of the shell and was the most concerning scar I've personally seen) I am rating this product with a single star. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It is not the pinkish color like the picture but more of a blue hue and ... *by H***H on Reviewed in the United States on April 1, 2017* I had no problems with my shell.
