This would also work in place of an "extract" for baking or making desserts of a chilled torte type variety. It's very potent and a tiny drop goes a very long way! I will be exploring additional flavors available for certain. I would liken the flavor to jello brand pistachio pudding but much more flavorful. Definitely an imitation pistachio flavor versus an actual pistachio nut.
