They seemed "brighter" but not "whiter" to me. I have sensitive teeth and was pleased to report that after the first treatment, I had no pain, I had a small amount of pain the second treatment and no pain or tooth sensitivity on the third treatment. The forms in my mouth were very clunky and made me gag a little because of the texture (thick) and taste. Thankfully you only need to keep them in 15 minutes. Believe me, I was watching the clock count down. It's not worth the money in my opinion. My teeth are not even that yellow to begin with, so it's a little disappointing. Perhaps you need really yellow/brown teeth in order to appreciate the results? Not sure. Maybe your natural teeth can only get so white. ### ⭐⭐ Does not change much.
