I was skeptical because of the low price but figured it was worth a try. The holes make it breathable so I no longer sweat under the band. The best part about it is that this band is made of a much softer silky feeling rubber material & it doesn’t make my arm hurt at all!I live a very active lifestyle- training dogs & hiking every chance I get. This band has stood up to 10 mile hikes, working with multiple misbehaving dogs, & an all around active lifestyle. For the price you seriously cannot go wrong!
