I highly recommend this one out of the two, here's why:I bought a JTech screen protector for my wife's Note 5 and this iSmooth for mine, just in case one was better than other I would have a comparison and potential replacement option.On application of the JTech screen protector there was not a single bubble, it went on super smooth, however there was a small halo around the outer edge of the screen. I pressed and pressed but could not get the air out. I assumed this was just how it was supposed to look, maybe because the screen is slightly curved at the edge.Next I applied the iSmooth to my phone. Bubbles, like 5 of them and a halo around the outer edge as well, even more pronounced than the JTech. My immediate reaction was "Oh well, I can just replace it with a JTech." Then I pressed to get the bubbles and halo out. And there it was, it actually worked with this screen protector. It took about 5 minutes of massaging with decent pressure, and the trick was to press straight down the small bubbles and to work the outer edge halo out by moving clockwise or counterclockwise around the phone's edge until reaching a corner. All said and done the screen protector looks perfect - No bubbles, no halo, and a good fit.Please note the screen does not cover quite and much as the picture here on Amazon would lead you to believe, however the larger gap is near the top and of no consequence. It is also very similar to the JTech coverage and everything else I have seen, so this seems to be pretty standard. Overall I would highly recommend this screen protector and also be sure to spend time and pressure working the air out, it does work. ### ⭐⭐⭐ 1st one was awesome, 2nd not so much *by C***N on Reviewed in the United States on September 23, 2015* This is the 2nd screen protector from iSmooth for my Note 5. The first one worked flawlessly and was great. It didn't have the halo around the edges where the screen protector was peeling away from the glass screen. Unfortunately, that Note 5 had some issues and had to be replaced by verizon. The next note came and I installed a different (cheaper) brand glass screen protector. This one had the halo effect so I sent it back and bought another from iSmooth. The 2nd one from iSmooth had a bad halo effect as well as some ripples on the adhesive underside which cause severe bubbles in the middle that couldn't be smoothed out. I'm not sure it is iSmooths fault (probably variation in samsungs glass for their screens) but the ripples in the adhesive definitely weren't my phones fault.The biggest reason I'm giving them 3 stars is that they say they take pride in their customer service, yet when I called about 10 times no one would answer. Not sure if their phone system is down but I don't have time to wait for that. I'll send this one back to them.On a side note, I went to the verizon store to buy a Zagg glass screen protector (figured that would be the best option) but it too suffered from the halo effect. Hopefully this is a glass screen protector design problem that can be resolved because I really want a glass cover on my phone's screen. I've had a lot of phones in my day protecting all of them. This screen protector doesn't stick. I received a brand new Note 5, took off the screen film, cleaned off the phone and this is the result. I used the stuff that was included in the cit and I can't get the edges of the screen protector to stick and there's this weird "herpes" looking bubble on the screen that won't go away no matter how many times I push down on the screen. There's no dust in there!
