Easy install, universal, quality invention.
Installed in a 5th Gen (2019+) RAM HD (2500/3500+) Product works perfectly as intended. NOTHING seemed under built, the screws fit/thread perfectly, and the mount accepted the most basic wall mount 2lb fire extinguisher & mount. Everything lines up and it was an easy install behind my drivers seat. I didn’t want it in front because the possibility of loosening and rolling to my pedals. Passenger side too far away and would bother my passenger seat operator. I installed it in back in a way that allows the HVAC floor vent to be unobstructed. I used blue loctite and I used the set screw method. Do not feed the set screws through the seat bracket notched holes as that made the mount unable to fully seat and tighten. Use the set screws against the metal as set screws are intended to be used.

A must have for off roaders
Everyone should keep it fire extinguisher in their car, but it is especially important if you use your vehicle for camping or off-roading. And of course just having one isn't enough. It needs to be easily accessible at all times so that you can grab it and go in an emergency situation. The bracket system itself is very high quality. Parts were perfectly powder coated with zero paint issues, which will ensure zero rusting over the long haul. The parts are very quality and offer lots of flexibility so that you can mount it in a wide variety of ways. This is a very versatile mounting solution. Installing was very easy given the range of adjustability available. It took me under 10 minutes to get everything set up. One good tip is to keep all of your bolts and screws slightly loose so that you can get it perfectly lined up before you give everything a final tightening. Once installed the look is very clean. I was worried that this would be intrusive for the person sitting in the passenger seat but it's tucked perfectly so that it fits underneath the legs without bumping, but is still easy to grab if you needed. A note for 4Runner owners - you will need to mount to the seat bolts which means removing the plastic covers. This leaves you with the options of either cutting the covers to accommodate the mount or leaving them off all together. Definitely not a deal-breaker but something to understand.

Works well but may not easily fit all cars
Decent bracket, lots of mounting options and it can be adapted to fit many seats. I have an Infiniti G37 Convertible which the bracket did not play nice with. I ended up mounting it to the rear of the passenger seat, but had to trim and relocate the seat cooler for the bracket to fit in sturdily. Definitely look at your car, as some lower profile seats may not fit the bracket properly, or it may limit how far you can push it forwards/back by quite a bit. However, with some creativity you could probably mount it to 99% of vehicles. Definitely use a threadlocker and double check the bolts regularly. There are a lot of bolted together parts so things can shift very easily.

Secure and Flexible Installation but Creativity May Be Required (2021 Subaru Outback)
I could make this a pretty complicated and lengthy review, but I"m not going to. I could also talk myself into a less than five star rating, but I didn't see any similar product that would do as well and the end result is excellent, so five stars it is. What I would tell you: 1. SECURE MOUNTING REALLY MATTERS. When I finished, I had a 2.5# Amerex Halotron mounted securely under the front of the driver's seat. My install is basically bulletproof, but I had to modify the installation. Secure mounting is very important, more important even than quick access in my opinion. Vehicles are involved in high-G accidents (collisions, rollovers, etc.) far, far more often than vehicle fires. You do NOT want a fire extinguisher becoming a projectile in an accident. Modern vehicles are extremely good at protecting occupants from injury - even a small fire extinguisher flying around could kill someone if there's a head impact. Five stars for secure mounting, no question, though on my 2021 Subaru Outback Touring XT I had to modify the installation (see below). 2. HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS/GOOD DESIGN. Five stars here too. At least for a smaller fire extinguisher, this will be bombproof if installed correctly. An extinguisher in the 2.5# range is great. If very securely installed, you might get a 5# extinguisher mounted securely. The materials here are high quality. The various parts of the mount are good steel with what looks like a good quality powder coating. The holes are accurately placed and properly tapped. The fasteners are stainless steel (extra credit for that). Perhaps we should be able to take those things for granted, but there's a lot of garbage on the market. The same goes for the design. It's simple, flexible, strong and secure if properly installed. One area where the flexibility of this design turned out to matter was how the fire extinguisher was spaced horizontally. You can set it up so the head of the unit is either on the inside or outside, and you can move the central part of the mount left or right to clear the seat mounts/rails or to reduce the chances of snagging your feet when you enter or exit. This is a big plus. 3. CREATIVITY MAY BE REQUIRED. The two installation methods in the instructions (which I thought were adequately clear and detailed) will probably take care of most vehicles. They weren't going to work securely on my vehicle. The front seat rails are shaped in a way that would make it hard if not impossible to get what I consider an accident-proof installation, and the plastic trim around the seat rails makes the installation more challenging if you don't want to rip out the trim around the seat rails. That would probably be a rational and only minimally visually disruptive choice, but I wanted something a little more polished. What I did is very simple to describe. In real life, working at the front edge/half under the driver's seat slowed things down. Basically, I replaced the set screw that is tightened against the seat rails to clamp the mount with socket-head screws that thread through the existing tapped holes in the clamps into new holes that I drilled and tapped in the inside side of the seat rails. Easy to describe. Properly positioning the holes, drilling them very low on the rails, and driving a tap (M6 x 1.0) to cut threads on the new seat rail holes wound up taking more time than you'd think it should, and getting the side clamp pieces tight against the seat rails when both pieces are threaded requires some care and attention. I'm still giving this five stars here, but if your vehicle is one of probably very few that don't really work easily with the generic installation you'll need to use some ingenuity and care...but the other mounts I looked at didn't look like they were going to allow me to get creative with a secure installation, which is why I'm going with five stars here. If you expect that something like this should fit every vehicle ever made and install securely in five minutes or less, you'd probably give it fewer stars. 3. RANDOM NOTES. - Be aware that depending on your installation, there may be seat adjustment issues. I have mine installed almost touching the front/bottom of the driver's seat. I'm tall and the seat is nearly all the way at the back of its adjustment range. So, someone who's short enough (which would be most people) isn't going to be able to adjust the seat to move it forward - without removing the fire extinguisher and mount. And if they do, unless you have a sedan with an enclosed trunk, where are you going to put that missile-fire extinguisher? - The instructions recommend using blue Loctite thread locker (242) or similar. That seems like a good idea. You don't want the various fasteners becoming loose as a result of vibrations. - I spent a fair bit of time retrieving fasteners that I'd dropped...because they rolled under the seat and then into a space below the interior floor pan and the outer floor pan. I could have saved myself a lot of time if I'd stuff a t-shirt or hand towel under the seat to stop that.

Simple, Durable, Reusable, Reliable, Quality!
Installed in a daily / trail adventuring 2015 Toyota Tacoma TRD OFF-ROAD with Husky floor liners. For me, the best location is the driver's seat footwell for a quick and easy acquirement in case needed and does not interfere with normal driving or legroom. The bracketeer is paired with a Kidde Pro 110 2.5 pound 1-A:10-B:C dry chemical fire extinguisher with Kidde 466401 quick release bracket. Tools I used: 1/2 socket wrench. 14mm socket. Blue Loctite. 3mm metric Allen key. 5mm metric Allen key. Installation is simple and straightforward and even comes with excellent instructions. Installation: After laying everything out and checking the instructions I went ahead and remove the two front driver seat bolts and then reinstalled with the two clapping loops without the set screws. Then installed the straight bar bracket and blue Loctite the 4 screws. Then I first used the multi-drilled arms with the bent end portion pointing downwards installed on the fire extinguisher quick release bracket and then installing on to the bracketeer using the first hole on each with Loctiteing all 4 screws. Done and simple and does not interfere with my husky floor liners! NOTE: I did slightly compressed the throat fork holder of the Kidde quick-release bracket to further tighten the hold of the fire extinguisher in place to minimize rattling. Update!: It's solid! Durable! And can handle off-roading the 4x4 high clearance trails! My fire extinguisher does not wiggle for any amount to be concerned about and no annoying noises! I keep the nozzle pointing downwards and the trigger grip upwards and I can still adjust my seat easily since I have it installed down low. Happy!

1 year review
I've had one installed in my car for about a year now, and here are my thoughts. First, the pros: It's a fire extinguisher. If there's ever a small fire, I'm confident that it would indeed put it out. It also fit in my car, so that is a another pro. Okay, the cons: it rattles a LOT. The pin rattles, the handle rattles, the little release from the band clamp that holds the fire extinguisher to the bracket rattles. I have a v8 muscle car with a loud exhaust, and I can hear it rattling. It is by far the most annoying noise I've ever dealt with in a car. Next, the hardware is cheap, weak steel that will round out as soon as you try to tighten it properly. Speaking of hardware, you have to add threadlocker yourself to all of the hardware, otherwise it will loosen up while you drive. And lastly, if you mount it in front of the passenger seat, you will severely cut back on the range of motion of that seat. Due to the fire extinguisher, I can only move my passenger seat about 4 inches forward and back, which is annoying, because my car is a two door. The only reason I'm giving this 3 stars instead of 1 is because I believe the fire extinguisher itself will actually function. I will amend this review in the unfortunate event that I determine otherwise.

Bummer cheap
Worked okay for a while then I pushed my seat forward a little far and the strap holding it broke. Kinda cheap. Now looking for another mount and 60$ gone. Bummer.

Muy buena calidad. Confiable.
Lo he colocado en una Ford Kuga ST Line, la instalación fue bastante rápida. Es aconsejable utilizar un pegamento para roscas.

Seems like a good product. Fits my evo 7 perfect.
Easy assembly. It seems to be decent quality. The allen keys are cheap so they will strip before the screws strip so you wont over tighten. Just make sure to add threadlock because its much sturdier. it's the only universal fire extinguisher on amazon. It's a safety product people shouldn't be complaining over $100CAD ($70USD). I don't think it's "too expensive for what it is." I bought a garrison 2.5lb fire extinguisher which comes with a metal bracket. Hopefully I never need to use it.

Se monte sur la plupart des voitures...
Bon système MAIS ne se monte pas sur toutes les voitures. Par exemple, ne se monte pas sur une Seat Leon Cupra type 5F. Les rails de siège sont trop écartés...

"THE BRACKETEER" FIRE EXTINGUISHER REVIEW
The Bracketeer fire extinguisher bracket is a very nicely designed solution for securing the extinguisher into a vehicle. Though it's a rather expensive item, it does perfectly what is ment for and it has already been fitted into my Toyota avensis (2009). So far very satisfied with purchase.
