The brooks saddle honey-black rails price 79.99 is box or just oem please?

I'm not sure what the exact question is but Brooks is a High End Specialty Bike Seat Manufacturer. Some bike manufacturers may supply Brooks Saddles but they don't make them themselves. I hope this answers your question.

I've heard it is slippery, is it true? Does that present a problem during riding or does that go away with break in?

I have very little problem with the saddle being slippery once I get it adjusted properly.

Doubt it. My Brooks saddle, actually every saddle I’ve ever gotten did not.
