Common sense - dont bother!
I hardly ever leave reviews, but I got this based on the existing good ratings and I cant help thinking we read an entirely different book. I just kept wating for this book to give useful information, but pretty much the whole thing is common sense; expensive common sense in a very short book. Kindle version is especialy bad as images dont line up with comments. Google 'brand building' and read for 30 mins. You'll learn more.
