Firstly this isn’t a complaint as the product looks great, app etc is brill and would recommend to anyone! But no other way of asking you something about it.. my daughter has had this for just over a week and I’ve noticed that a new clicking sound has appeared which seems to come from the rotator cuff in middle when she turns and also a vibration on the left hand side? I’m a tad concerned if it’s a defect or just something which is normal?
