The pouches are difficult to remove since the tabs on the back are barely wide enough to slide over the buckle - I had to cut one off so we could slide on a BB holster. He seems to enjoy the other pouches though. Plenty of room to store extra foam darts for his nerf toys. The belt adjusts all the way down to child size, and then up to adult size.
