The shipment was pretty quick given the situation so I'm pleased with that. But more importantly, I'm actually pretty pleased with the workout that you can get with these. I do bench presses, bicep curls, shoulder presses, ab exercises, ect., and I'm pleased with the workout that I get with all of these exercises. My only complaints are that it is difficult to do leg exercises with these just because it is not easy to mimic a 300 pound barbell on your back and that it is tough to know the exact amount of resistance that your getting, but these are somewhat trivial issues. And that being said, you can do squats and deadlifts with these but you will have to do a lot of reps. One more thing worth mentioning, is that even after my gym reopens, I still plan on continuing to use these, because i think, do to the different type of resistance that they offer, that these elastic staps should help me to make faster progressions with free weights. When my gym reopens i plan on doing my weekly exercise routine, one day with barbells, one day with dumbbells, and one day with these elastic straps. I really think that, because of the uniqueness of the resistance given by these straps, that they will enable me to make gains with actual weights faster. And one last thing worth mentioning, is that I think that the resistance that these bands offer is higher than what is advertised.
